Learning programs and courses purchased through lytherionexora have specific refund conditions based on completion status and access time. If you've completed more than 50% of a course, refunds are typically not available unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Subscription services can be cancelled at any time, though refunds for the current billing period depend on usage and timing of the cancellation request. We don't provide partial refunds for unused portions of monthly subscriptions.

Payment Methods and Processing

Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:

• Debit cards: 5-7 business days after processing
• Bank transfers: 7-10 business days after processing
